Click the printer icon <\/i> in the bottom-right corner of a label and check the value shown for Darkness.<\/strong>
\nIs the value set between 0 and 10?
\nIncrease the darkness setting step by step<\/span> until the desired print quality is achieved.<\/p>\n

Print speed too high<\/h4>\n

Click the printer icon <\/i> in the bottom-right corner of a label and check the value shown for Speed<\/strong>.
\nIs the speed set to 10 cm\/s and is the darkness setting set to 13\u201314?
\nLower the speed step by step<\/span> until the desired print quality is achieved.<\/p>\n

Power supply is defective or not original.<\/h4>\n

Check the voltage of the power adapter<\/span> (and cable).
