M&G Assen \u2013 Magazijnlocaties en interne markering<\/h2><\/div>

Voor M&G in Assen heeft Rebo in januari 2023 een compleet systeem voor magazijnlocatie-aanduiding gerealiseerd. In totaal produceerden wij circa 3.200 meerkleurige multilevel locatielabels, verdeeld over vier verschillende lengtes en vijf uitvoeringen.<\/p>\n

Op iedere palletlocatie werd een multilevel label geplaatst met een barcode en duidelijk leesbare locatiecode<\/b>. Door gebruik te maken van verschillende kleuren is de hoogte van iedere opslaglocatie direct herkenbaar. Het magazijn bestaat uit maximaal zeven niveaus hoog en biedt ruimte aan ongeveer 18.000 palletplaatsen.<\/p>\n

Naast de levering van de labels heeft M&G ook een eigen printoplossing in gebruik genomen met de Rebo SMS-R1 printer<\/span><\/a>. Hierdoor kunnen beschadigde labels eenvoudig worden vervangen en kunnen nieuwe labels direct op locatie worden geprint wanneer dat nodig is. Later is deze oplossing ook ingezet voor de productiemagazijnen en voor het printen van diverse waarschuwingslabels binnen de productieomgeving.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Alle magazijnliggers zijn bovendien voorzien van een letteraanduiding in dezelfde kleur als de bijbehorende hoogteaanduiding. Rebo verzorgde hiervoor alle layouts in NiceLabel, waarna de klant de labels zelf kon printen. De lettercodering bestaat uit:<\/p>\n
