When you insert a new roll of labels, it must be calibrated.
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button (on the left) for 3 seconds to switch on the printer
2. Press the Feed button (on the right) to calibrate and feed one label through.
3. The tear-off strip should now be positioned between the labels.
