Printing a Nameplate from Climapulse

Would you like to print a Nameplate from Climapulse? Follow the steps below.

Creating a Nameplate #

Open your Climapulse dashboard and create a Nameplate as you normally would.
A Nameplate (PDF file) of the installation will now be generated.

Printing a Nameplate #

1. Open the PDF file you just created.
2. Click the Print icon or press CTRL + P on your keyboard.
3. Select the desired printer.
4. Does the preview of your Nameplate look correct? If so, click Print.

Printer Settings (SMS-430 & SMS TAG-ID2) #

If the preview shows an incorrect aspect ratio, the paper size is likely configured incorrectly.

1. In Windows, go to Settings > Printers & Scanners.
2. Select the desired printer.
3. Click Printing Preferences.
4. On the Options tab, set the following values: Width 10 (cm) and Height 15 (cm)
   
5. Are you using an SMS-TAG-ID2?
   Then make sure the media type is set to “Label with gaps” (Advanced Settings > Media Type >Label with gaps)
6. Click OK or Apply.
