Printer wordt niet gevonden tijdens netwerk (LAN) installatie #
Are you installing the SMS-R1 printer driver for use on a network, but the printer cannot be found? See the solutions below.
First, check: #
- The SMS-R1 printer is powered ON.
- The network cable is correctly connected at both ends.
- The network port being used is functioning correctly.
- Your PC is connected to the same network as the printer.

Allow UDP broadcast on port 50020 #
Sometimes UDP broadcast traffic on port 50020 may not be allowed. This must be enabled for printer discovery to work correctly. If necessary, contact your IT department for assistance with changing this setting.
