Using the built-in touchscreen, you can operate the printer and adjust cutting and network settings. Below is an overview of the available buttons and their functions.
Overview of the Default Screen #
Open / Close Tape Collector
Use this button to open and close the tape collector located at the front of the printer.
Ribbon Cassette (Eject)
This indicates which ribbon colour is currently loaded. You can also use this button to eject the ribbon cassette.
Tape Roll (Eject)
This indicates which tape colour is currently loaded. You can also use this button to rewind and eject the tape roll.
Rewind / Fast Forward Tape
Use these buttons to rewind or advance the tape roll.
Cut Tape
Use this button to cut the tape.
Blade Pressure Settings
Use this button to manage the blade pressure settings for print and cut jobs. For more information about blade pressure settings, see this article.
System Information & Network Settings
Press and hold the logo for 3 seconds to view system information and manage network settings. See this article for more information.
Tape Remaining
The remaining amount of tape on the roll is displayed here in metres.
Ribbon Remaining
The remaining amount of ribbon in the ribbon cassette is displayed here in metres.
